You may want to list your book in the Published Authors section and get in touch with Bonnie Bright about letting your book be one of our book club selections. Schumacher looks quite fascinating. Maybe after I get this dissertation finished, I can jet there for a look see. I presented a workshop called "Discerning and Protecting the Soul of the Organization" to a number of non-profit execs. I find it interesting that those often seen as concrete materialists are seeing the wisdom in working with spirit and the unconscious, even if they have to call it something else when they take it back to their companies.

Hi Simon. Welcome to the Alliance. How great to have you here! Now I will HAVE to read your book. Perhaps you know Wendolyn since she just mentioned your book in the Shamanism group? At any rate, I look forward to hearing more about your work.

Hopefully, once you have a chance to explore the Alliance a bit you'll find a dynamic group of likeminded people who are all deeply drawn to the field of depth psychology. While there are many Jungian analysts and clinicians here, our members come from many walks of life--artists, writers, doctors, healing professionals, counselors, students, business people, etc--so there is much cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience here to be shared.

On that note, I hope you're finding opportunities to engage as you browse the vast content and interact with others. You may want to consider joining the online book club if you haven’t already—There's a new author each month, and you can jump in at anytime and participate at whatever level you wish. Even if you don't have the book for this month, you can read all the comments that have gone on so far and get a feel for the story--or Feb. 1 will bring a wonderful new book from Jungian Analyst Erel Shalit as well as a special online study group on Astrology.

It looks like your'e doing just fine, but in case you need detailed help navigating the site, please use the following link-- --and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all! I look forward to seeing you around the community~Bonnie Bright, Founder

Welcome Simon,

Just returned from your website and realize I will need more time to truly enjoy it. Glad you found and joined the Alliance. Your comment about the lack of world history and/or the decidedly British "take" on world history resonates with me here in the United States. I'm not sure that parents understand the power given to the history text writers, but, the n again, history in general seems to be a dieing discipline, being so much to day a post-modern world steeped in subjectivity and practicality. WOW, you touched a nerve, obviously. This was supposed to be a standard, but friendly, welcome and has morphed into a rant. :)back to the welcome at hand = there are many blogs, forums, and groups so I believe you will find much to your interests. I look forward to your posts (really!).
