Marshall H. Lewis earned his Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia in 1986 and his Ph.D. in Jewish-Christian Studies (Bible, Culture, and Hermeneutics) from the Chicago Theological Seminary in 2013. He is a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist in the State of Kansas and has worked in community mental health for nearly 30 years.
Currently, Dr. Lewis serves as Clinical Director of Southwest Guidance Center, a community mental health center serving four counties in southwest Kansas. There, he is responsible for the development and management of all clinical programming as well as for utilization management, quality improvement, and clinical supervision.
Dr. Lewis sits on the Science Committee of the Viktor Frankl Institute Vienna and is a faculty member and board member of the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy (USA). He is Assistant Editor of the International Forum for Logotherapy, sits on the editorial board of the Annual Review of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, and produces and hosts LogoTalk Radio, the world's premier podcast on logotherapy and existential analysis.
