Please share a little about yourself by way of introduction. What draws you to Depth Psychology and what are you looking for from this community?
I like the way depth psychology draws us inward but always with an eye to how that work informs the outside world.

I learned a great deal about it while getting my masters in Consciousness and Transformative Studies at JFKU.
Do you belong to any other online Psychology-related communities or orgs? If so, which?
I'm involved with the Powers of Place Initiative, and through that group I directed the TerraPlaces Project: http://powersofplace-workspace.ning.com/group/winterterraplacesproject

The TerraPlaces project looks at the effects of sitting with an outdoor space for a certain period of time. The research will be published in an upcoming issue of ReVision and on the Powers of Place web site. (http://www.powersofplace.com)

I am also a member of the DreamTribe, http://www.thedreamtribe.com, a group of dreamers dedicating to bringing back indigenous ways of knowing and a dreaming culture.

Hi Katrina,
I don't believe that we've met in person, but anyone who loves dreams--and particularly Aizenstadt's brand--is a really cool person, I'm certain! I look forward to more comments from you on the site. Thanks, Friend!

Congratulations! Indeed, the synchronicity continues as I also will have an essay in that book! Love it! Looking forward to our paths crossing in other fun ways!

Hi Katrina. Welcome to the online Depth community! So glad to see you here. I was just checking your web site and your art and photos are beautiful. I also started reading your essay on personal myth on Terrapsychology and when I read about your experience sitting by the river at age 9, my first intuitive thought was "This person is a Borderlander!". Only after that did I read your comment in the Reading Room. What an interesting set of events for me! I'm grateful for your presence in the community however it found you and hope you enjoy the site.
