"...a miracle is an experience in which we witness manifestations that result from dimensions of parallel worlds breaking into the one we happen to be in at the moment. From this perspective, miracles are the rule rather than the exception; only perceptual prejudice keeps us from seeing them."  298-299 Alchemical Psychology miracles

Thom: I am fascinated by this definition you have posted of "miracles": parallel worlds coming together? something "other", something "numinous" maybe that interrupts my normal way of being in the world? I love it and am trying to wrap my brain around the idea that miracles are the rule! How do you think one might understand that phenomenologically? How do I know? What is the relationship of miracles to synchronicity?

I don't know that you have an answer to any of these questions, but they are all things that occurred me to me immediately upon reading what, at first glance, looked to be a very short a simple statement you made. I am feeling more and more like my life is a miracle these days...wonder if that is because Soul/Self has finally "broken through" into my life so that the two parallel streams are actively merging...?

this reminds me of quantum physics and how this field seems to be connecting us, through science, back to a spiritual mode of operating.

Very nice quote
