Individuals who have registered and paid for any class, course, webinar, workshop or event offered by or through Depth Psychology Alliance may receive:

• full refund minus a $10 processing fee if canceling 72 hours or more before the event is scheduled to occur
• full refund if the event is canceled by Depth Psychology Alliance without being rescheduled within 90 days the original event was scheduled to occur
• full refund minus a 20% administrative charge (maximum of $50) if canceling within 72 hours of the event
• no refund can be given once a class, course, webinar, workshop, or other event has begun and the individual has been provided participant access to any dedicated group, forum, or proprietary course materials or content of any kind, whether they have accessed them or not

Refunds or partial refunds requested before the event begins will be refunded within five business days of the request.

In case of technical difficulties accessing an event, group, recordings, or any course materials, please contact info@depthpsychologyalliance and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
