Open Talk on Nigeria Pilgrimages and Ifá/Òrìṣà tradition
Daniel Foor, Ph.D.
Wed, Aug 31st, 8:30pm Eastern
FROM DANIEL:
Earlier this month I was in Nigeria for a third pilgrimage to train with Yorùbá elders. For folks who don't know, Ifá/Òrìṣà path is the most widely practiced traditional African system on Earth and is quite beautiful, elaborate, and generally awesome.
For folks with an interest in West African Ifá/Òrìṣà or who are just curious about why I love Yorùbá culture enough to study the language and keep returning to Nigeria, I'm offering this Wednesday evening (August 31 at 8:30pm Eastern) a free/open talk and discussion on my recent trip and involvement with the tradition (link here: https://zoom.us/j/530720703.
For other call-in options see event description at: http://ancestralmedicine.org/calendar-of-events). All are welcome, the vibe will be relaxed and conversational. Hope you can join us!
