We have officially just seen our 500th member! A special thanks to each and every one of you for being here in this beautiful space, and I hope you'll each take the time to engage with someone new via this week in the spirit of community. I feel so lucky to have access to such an amazing group of likeminded spirits.

It has been a true joy getting to read all the various backgrounds and interests of Alliance members as they join. The Alliance has the potential to be a place where we can share our intellects and our souls (sadly we are unable to physically dance together...but maybe someday). The breadth of experiences and training can only enrich all of us as we remain open to the many perspectives represented in the Alliance. I feel like I have just been given 500 pen-pals. Luckily at this camp, I don't have to send a card to everyone before I can eat dinner. I now have a new joy to look forward to after finishing the course work on the way to my PhD...I'll get to actually read what everyone is writing.
