Event Description

The Clown, in various forms, has carried a broad range of archetypal energies through the centuries. The Clown challenges prevailing authority, provides a compensatory function for overly ordered cultures as well as the individual psyche, and serves various religious functions simultaneously, representing both Christ and the Devil. An example of an adult's multi-year active imagination process will be discussed as a method for establishing an ego-Self axis through clowning play.

Pre-registered: $40 / At Door: $45

3 hours APA, CE, CN available
